Yefry D. Quinones
M.A., BCBA, LBA
Founder, CEO & Clinical Director
Yefry is a bilingual (Spanish-English) Board Certified Behavior Analyst. He holds a Master Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a graduate certificate in autism from Ball State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from University of Maryland (UMGC). During his college years, Yefry has been driven by a profound passion to understand autism in children and adolescents as well as the evidence-based treatments available to them as he began working in schools and clinical settings implementing ABA therapy in early intervention. During his graduate program, Yefry worked in the Neurobehavioral Unit at Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore where he received extensive training in the assessment and treatment of severe problem behaviors in children and adolescents. Yefry understands the struggle in many families having access to ABA services. He is committed to bringing his professional background to serve families and their children to help them to achieve meaningful progress.
Debora Artigas
Co-Founder
Chief Operating Officer
Prior to co-founding Bright Spectrum ABA, Debora worked as a Medical Assistant and Office Manager in a pediatric clinic. While working with many families with children with autism, she became aware that many of these families had difficulties with access to ABA therapy for their children due to factors such as cultural and language barriers, providers unavailability, and insurance ineligibility. Her passion lies in empowering these families with the tools they need to access these therapeutic services. Debora is fully bilingual in Spanish and English and she is currently studying Psychology at University of Maryland Global Campus.
